Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of goods (“Products”) by Olympian LED, Inc. (“Olympian”) to any purchaser (“Buyer”). Olympian’s acceptance of any Product order (“Order”) is expressly conditional upon the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms. Olympian does not accept, and expressly rejects, any additional or conflicting terms proposed by Buyer in any document, unless explicitly agreed in writing by Olympian.
2. Placing an Order
Olympian accepts domestic and international Orders. Orders may be placed by:

3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include:
- Corporate Purchase Orders (Net 30 Days via check or ACH, pending credit approval by Olympian)
- Credit Cards: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express
- Electronic Wire Transfers (bank fees apply)
All prices are exclusive of taxes, fees, and duties. Buyer is responsible for these charges. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge or the maximum rate permitted by law. Olympian reserves the right to request advance payment based on Buyer’s credit status or financial condition.
4. Delivery and Title
Orders ship FOB Titusville, FL, unless otherwise specified by Olympian. The standard shipping method is UPS Ground (uninsured). Buyer may specify other methods at the time of order. Olympian will aim to meet Buyer’s requested delivery dates but is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, third-party actions, and other unforeseen events. Title and risk of loss transfer to Buyer upon carrier pickup.
5. Order Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 60 days before the scheduled shipment.
- Approval by Olympian is required for any changes, and only one reschedule per item is allowed.
- Cancellations incur a minimum 25% charge for standard items.
- Custom or special orders, non-standard, or modified products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- Orders to end-users and international orders outside North America are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- A $1,000 minimum order applies for international shipments outside North America, shipped only via FedEx or UPS.
6. Returns
- Returns for standard products are generally not accepted. However, defective products may be replaced within 30 days if deemed eligible by Olympian. Beyond 30 days, defective products may be RMA’d to the manufacturer under warranty.
- Any return must be pre-approved by Olympian, which may charge a 25% restocking fee in rare, exceptional cases.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
- International orders are non-returnable.
- Repairs or replacements require an Olympian-issued RMA number. Contact sales at 321-747-3220 for an RMA.
7. Warranty
Olympian will extend the applicable manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer, with warranty periods varying by product. Defective products within the warranty period are eligible for Manufacturer’s Warranty Repair. To request a warranty repair, the Buyer must complete and submit an RMA form to Olympian for authorization.
Disclaimer: Olympian is not the manufacturer and disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, noninfringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility for the use, installation, and operation of the Products and indemnifies Olympian against any claims or damages arising from these activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Olympian will not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Olympian’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by Buyer for the applicable Product.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the relationship between Olympian and Buyer are governed by Florida law, with disputes adjudicated exclusively in Brevard County, FL. Buyer may not assign or delegate any Order without Olympian’s written consent. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
