Daktronics Wireless is Gen 5 and Gen 6.
They are not compatible with each other. If your scoreboard has Gen 5, you must use a Gen 5 transmitter in the All Sport 5000, or you can upgrade both to Gen 6.
- Gen 3 radios will only work with Gen 3 equipment.
- Gen 4 radios will work with Gen 4 or Gen 5 equipment.
- Gen 5 radios will work with Gen 5 or Gen 4 equipment.
- Gen 6 radios will only work with Gen 6 equipment.
The factory default settings are BCAST = 1, CHAN = 1.
To find the broadcast number and channel number, turn off the power to your scoreboard and then turn it on. If it has a clock, it will show the b and C in the clock, otherwise it will be in the Guest and Home digits.
