NovaStar RCFG and the newer RCFGX file type are the configuration files that lets the NovaStar controller talk to your specific modules. If you do not have this file, it can be created using the Smart Setting function on the receiving card tab.

RCFG is an xml format to store the driving IC type, scan mode, etc. RCFGX is a zipped RCFG file with some additional information.
