NovaStar Warranty and Support (3 Years)

Olympian LED offers a 60 day Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee and a 3 year warranty for all* NovaStar products purchased from us. Please open all products immediately to ensure they are working correctly. Beyond the 60 day period products will need to be sent back to China for repair which may take up to 4 weeks. We strongly advise purchasing a spare unit if you are not able to wait for 4 weeks.

During the 60 day DOA period we will not offer a refund but we will send you a brand new unit as long as the original product is returned in like-new condition and the product is in stock.

Customers are entitled to one Advanced Replacement per RMA. Expedited shipping requests will be a separate charge. Refunds will NOT be given on expedited shipping fees.

Products will ship out within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time the advanced replacement submission request is received and the authorization hold is verified. Expedited shipping request does NOT expedite the processing time.

Once the customer has received the replacement product, the original non-working product must be returned to Olympian LED no later than the end of the 14th day, otherwise the authorization hold captured for the product will be processed for the full amount. Any package received after the 14th day will be refused and all refund requests will be denied.

A single authorization hold* will be placed on the credit card prior to shipment. The single authorization hold amount will be the original price of the product and the cost of ground shipping (expedited shipping is a separate non-refundable charge), plus $10 processing fee.

**Warranty exception: PSD100. The PSD100 cards have a known defect. We do not recommend them and we have discontinued selling them.
