SM16206 is a driver chip designed for LED display, built-in CMOS shift register and latch function for serial input data convert to parallel output data format.
The SM16206 operates from 3.3V to 5.0V and provides 16 current sources.
A constant current of 1mA to 32mA can be supplied at each output port;
The IC chip’s on-chip output current difference is less than ± 2.5%; the output power between multiple ICs
The flow difference is less than ± 3.5%; the channel output current does not follow the output voltage
(VDS) changes; and the current is affected by voltage and ambient temperature
The change is less than 1%; the output current of each channel is determined by an external resistor Adjustment.
SM16206 output port withstand voltage up to 17V, so it can be used in each
Multiple LEDs are connected in series at the output; in addition, the SM16206 is up to 25MHz.
The clock frequency can meet the system’s need for large data transmission.
