Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of goods (“Products”) by Olympian LED, Inc. (“Olympian”) to any purchaser (“Buyer”). By placing an order, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Olympian’s acceptance of any order is expressly conditional upon Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms. Any additional or conflicting terms submitted by Buyer in any form (e.g., purchase order, email) are expressly rejected unless explicitly agreed to in writing by an authorized Olympian representative.

1. Applicability

These Terms govern all sales of Products by Olympian to Buyer, whether domestic or international. Any conflicting or supplemental terms proposed by Buyer are void unless specifically accepted in writing by Olympian.

2. Placing an Order

All orders are subject to written acceptance by Olympian at its headquarters in Titusville, Florida.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable duties and tariffs. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless otherwise noted. Buyer is responsible for all sales, use, or VAT taxes imposed in their jurisdiction.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Corporate Purchase Orders (Net 30 Days via check or ACH, pending credit approval)

  • Credit Cards (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Wire Transfers (Buyer is responsible for any banking fees)

Olympian may require prepayment based on Buyer’s creditworthiness. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge, or the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Delivery and Title

All orders ship FOB Titusville, FL. Olympian ships insured via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested at the time of ordering. Alternate carriers or express services are available upon request and at Buyer’s expense.

⚠️ Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. If the Buyer selects a residential, construction site, or unattended delivery location, Olympian is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a staffed business address.

Olympian is not liable for delays due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain issues, or third-party errors.

5. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Urgent Requests

⚠️ Please review your order carefully before submitting. Confirm all product specifications, quantities, and shipping information. We would rather help you get the right product than process a return.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically processed and shipped same day.

  • Orders may be modified or canceled only if the request is received prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Buyer is solely responsible for any errors in shipping address or product selection if the order has already shipped.

  • If your order is urgent or time-sensitive, you must contact us directly at 321-747-3220 or sales@OlympianLED.com to request priority processing.

  • Custom, special-order, and modified products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

  • International orders and sales to end-users outside North America are final and non-returnable.

  • A $1,000 minimum applies to international orders outside North America, shipped only via FedEx or UPS.

6. Returns

Olympian does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, misorders, or improper installation decisions.

  • Only defective products may be eligible for return, and only within 30 days of receipt.

  • All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Olympian.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

  • In rare, pre-approved cases, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

  • International orders are strictly non-returnable.

7. Warranty

Olympian extends the original manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer. Warranty periods and coverage vary by product.

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Complete and submit an RMA form to Olympian.

  2. Await written authorization before returning any product.

  3. Return the product as instructed for inspection and processing.

Disclaimer: Olympian is not the manufacturer and makes no additional warranties. All implied warranties—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement—are expressly disclaimed. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the installation, use, and suitability of the Products, and agrees to indemnify and hold Olympian harmless from any claims or liabilities arising therefrom.

8. Limitation of Liability

Olympian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

Olympian’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Buyer for the specific Product involved in the claim.

9. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

  • Buyer may not assign any Order without written consent from Olympian.

  • If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Olympian and Buyer, superseding all prior communications or understandings.
