1st: Check all power supplies for a green light.
2nd: Press test button on receiving card 5 times quickly. If the whole section controlled by that receiving card lights up, it means the receiving card is not getting a signal from the main PSD100 controller. You can try replacing the cable between the PSD100 and MRV300 but usually it’s a defective PSD100.
